You can reserve your new home by placing a fully-refundable deposit. This ensures you have first access to floor plan selection and preferred move-in time.
Is there an entrance fee?
Yes, like other Life Plan Communities, there is a one-time entrance fee and a monthly service fee. Entrance fees for apartments start at $238,140 and townhomes start at $426,358.
Can I personalize my new apartment or townhome?
Yes! All new residents will have the opportunity to choose from a curated selection of paint colors, cabinetry finishes, countertops, and flooring.
What is the pricing of the new units?
Monthly fees for apartments start at $3,916 and townhomes start at $5,404.
Are pets allowed in apartments and townhomes?
Yes! We are a pet-friendly community. There are some guidelines in place, so please check with our team for specifics.
What assistance is provided for my relocation?
