Holy Cross Village at Notre Dame is proud to announce that Brandon Kastner, President & CEO, has been selected as a member of the 2026 Michiana Forty Under 40 class by the South Bend Regional Chamber.

Now in its 20th year, Michiana Forty Under 40 is a prestigious talent recognition program honoring 40 exceptional young professionals under the age of 40 who demonstrate outstanding leadership, career achievements, and a strong commitment to community impact. Honorees are selected through a competitive nomination process and evaluated by a nine-member committee of business leaders from across the Michiana region.

This year, 166 nominations were submitted, highlighting the depth of talent across the region. The program celebrates individuals who not only excel in their respective fields but also dedicate their time and talents to strengthening their communities through service, innovation, and leadership.

Brandon’s selection reflects his visionary leadership at Holy Cross Village and his steadfast commitment to mission-driven service, innovation, and community engagement. Under his leadership, Holy Cross Village continues to grow as a vibrant, inclusive community rooted in the values of the Congregation of Holy Cross while welcoming people of all faiths and backgrounds.

Michiana Forty Under 40 is presented by the South Bend Regional Chamber in collaboration with its Young Professionals Network (YPN) South Bend, area chambers of commerce, and program partners including the Community Foundation of Elkhart County, First State Bank, and the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame, with additional corporate support from AM General, AWS, and South Bend Code Works.

Honorees will be recognized at the Michiana Forty Under 40 Recognition Luncheon, sponsored by Beacon Health System, on Friday, May 29, from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. at the Lerner Theatre (Crystal Ballroom) in Elkhart. The luncheon is open to the public.
