The Executive Leadership Team (ELT) is responsible for making executive decisions for the community. ELT members communicate with our governing Board of Directors and manage strategic/operational planning and implementation.
Senior Leadership Team
The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is responsible for the management and oversight of all staff departments. SLT is comprised of department Directors and Supervisors. SLT establishes organizational priorities, goals, key committees and executes operational and strategic priorities.
